Quality means first a good Quality system, then Quality during all the production chain, with permanent controls and checks, from raw material to deliveries to customers.
Quality System
TiFast has set up a high Quality System to control all the departments and the whole production chain. TiFast Quality System also includes quality management. TiFast quality system is certified by DNV (Det Norske Veritas) for the ISO 9001 and EN 9100
TiFast is also certified for some specific fields:
- ISO 13485 for Medical Devices
- NADCAP Heat Treating
- NADCAP Material Testing
- ISO 14001 for Environmental
Quality
Thanks to a balanced combination of integrated plant systems, a highly trained and motivated personnel and an experienced management, TiFast is able to deliver high quality products and services to meet the constantly increasing demands of the customers.
During each step of the production, quality is controlled both by operators and also by inspectors. Sophisticated equipment like Ultra Sonic or Eddy Current is used for this purpose.
TiFast trains its personnel to become experts in their field and two Ultra Sonic inspectors succeed to be certified 3rd level, the higher possible in Ultra Sonic.
Laboratories
TiFast is active in challenging markets like Medical, Aerospace, Racing and Nuclear so it was important to build strong integrated laboratories dedicated to the controls and certification of the quality of the material supplied.
TiFast laboratories are fully equipped for chemical analysis, mechanical testing, optical micrography and dimensional controls.
TiFast Research and Development department is not only the key to consolidate TiFast production and products, but also to prepare its future thanks to our team of experts.
TiFast Laboratories are accredited by American Aerospace NADCAP for materials testing
