TiFast produces titanium bars according to standard specifications and especially “designed around your needs” . TiFast can offer a wide range of heat treatments, precision finishing of bars and controls according to your own specifications.

The electrical furnace of TiFast, certified by the American aerospace NADCAP for heat treating, performs a wide range of heat treatments, including stress relieving.
TiFast cold precision finishing shop has equipment like peeling, centerless grinding, polishing, belt grinding, straightening, chamfering. TiFast is also able to guarantee close tolerances on diameter and, for example, can reach tolerance h6 (9 microns on bars 8 mm).
TiFast also performs a wide range of dimensional controls and non-destructive testing on all its bars production:
  • TiFast has invested in a state of the art UltraSonic Testing Line equipped with a rotating head under immersion. Its 8 Ultra Sonic beams inspect the 100% of the bars in all directions according the most stringent class of controls (Class AA)
